I've had this movie on VHS for a while and was curious on whether it was Public Domain or no!

I couldn't find a renewal for it under that name or under One for All. Looks PD.

Definitely PD, it has been in more Mill Creek and Alpha collections than almost any other film and has been on the archive since 2006 or so

The version here is a mere 52 minutes. Pretty cut up for an 80 minute film! The visual/audio quality of this one is less than what's generally, across the board, available here.

There is one other mash up of this film here, but has such striking suppositions about what's a bad film, I haven't been one of the sixty people to cross my fingers and hope.

Please upload if your copy is better than what I describe here. It looks to be a good film, if a good copy could be offered and seen in its entirety.

Thanks again for your many other fine contributions.
